I visited the place to pick up skiing pants and ended up picking up a lot more because of the excellent choice of products. I was assisted by a young gentleman named Eric who went out of his way to explain each product and how it might help me to keep warm in the cold vermont weather, especially in the mountains. Eric explained the importance of layering while skiing. I ended up picking different layers as well as a top quality skiing pant. The store carries only Patagonia products even though it is locally owned. Overall, the experience was very pleasant.

I've had the opportunity to visit this store many times over the years, usually for a repair, but sometimes to shop retail. A number of zipper repairs have been done on site and within hours and the selection is always solid. Need backcountry ski pants pronto, they likely have your size and a couple options. Great to have a full service (and friendly) patagonia store in burlington.

A local gem. Nice to lay hands on things instead of buying online. They are clearly dedicated to the brand and know their stuff. I brought in a decade old jacket with a broken zipper, Jim identified the exact model immediately at a glance and had it fixed in 5 minutes. So nice to have repair service available locally.

Went into Patagonia yesterday to see if my old favorite jacket could be saved. Jim crushed it and fixed my broken zipper on the spot. My jacket's zipper is like new and had brought new life to it. Jim did a great job!

My favorite store in Burlington because they have the best customer service and Patagonia is an awesome company. I want to give a special shout out to Jim for fixing the zipper on my Patagonia jacket that I have had now for so many years and love. He even fixed the zipper on a non-Patagonia jacket!

This was the first ever Patagonia store I had ever been in. It’s located in the Church Street Marketplace. The store is huge with clothing available for men, women and kids. There were tops, shorts, shirts, fleece, jackets, hats and a lot of winter gears. The store was a super clean and tidy. There was a nice sit down table in the middle of the store. We found some nice UV proof beach shirts for our daughter. I also liked a t-shirt and a winter fleece, but the size didn’t fit me. So we bought the kid’s t-shoes from the store. As expected the prices were on the higher end, as it’s Patagonia. But the quality totally makes up for the price. The staff assisted us with fitting rooms, size queries and checkout process. They were very friendly and helpful.
